We need the help of 5 volunteers to present the JA Our Region program at Herbison Intermediate School in 4th grade classrooms! Our target start date for this program is April-May, 2025. If you or someone you know is interested in being a volunteer please contact our program coordinator Bella Ward at bella.ward@ja.org to sign up! Things to know as a volunteer: -Previous teaching experience is NOT required! -Teacher remains in the room at all times. -All materials are provided, including step-by-step lesson plans -Training is offered for all new volunteers. -You will present five 45 minute activity-based lessons once a week.

What a fabulous time we had on Friday at Rosie the Riveter Day hosted by Capital Area Manufacturing Council! Thank you to Cindy Kangas for all of your hard work in making this event a success! Bella Ward, a program coordinator here in our Lansing office, performed the Rosie Song for everyone. Afterwards, our staff passed out information to event attendees from our booth at the vendor fair!
