Enforcement and Compliance — Enforces U.S. trade law and ensures compliance with trade agreements negotiated on behalf of U.S. industry. This unit supports and interacts with the President's Interagency Trade Enforcement Center.

On Friday, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick hosted a signing ceremony for a major commercial agreement between Korean Air and American aviation leaders Boeing and GE Aerospace, valued at approximately $32 billion.
