Studien haben gezeigt, dass von den ca. 35 Prozent der Mittelständlern, die bereits mit Startups kooperieren etwa 75 mit dem Erreichen der Ziele sehr oder weitestgehend zufrieden sind. SMEs meet start-ups - successful collaboration in practice! 🔥 How does collaboration work and which strategies lead to success? What are the “dos and don'ts” of collaboration? Experts discussed these questions at the Industrial Startup Stage at HANNOVER MESSE 2025 and provided insights into various collaboration options - from the implementation of joint projects to venture clienting, the integration of a startup into a company, intrapreneur startups and corporate venture capital. The degree of fit between the medium-sized company and the start-up in terms of technology, product/service and team is key. This match should be preceded by a clear definition of requirements and objectives. And openness, flexibility and honesty play an important role in dealing with each other. It is worthwhile for all SMEs to start activities. Studies have shown that of the approximately 35 percent of SMEs that already cooperate with start-ups, around 75 are very or largely satisfied with the achievement of their goals.
