🕒 IT’S TIME: InfluxDB 3 Open Source is now GA and ready for production. Today, we’re announcing the general availability of #InfluxDB 3 Core, a high-speed, recent-data engine that’s open source and licensed under MIT and Apache 2. Core delivers fast ingest, unlimited cardinality, and low-cost object storage, all built on the InfluxDB 3 architecture. We're also releasing InfluxDB 3 Enterprise, a commercial product that builds on Core and is for production environments. It adds long-range querying, read replicas, high availability, scalability, and fine-grained security. Both Core and Enterprise include an embedded Python Processing Engine that turns the database into an active intelligence layer, enabling real-time data transformation, monitoring, and automation with no external services required. They run as a single process, are easy to deploy, and are powered by the FDAP stack (Flight, DataFusion, Arrow, Parquet)—the result of over four years of engineering.
