Did you know: Trans and nonbinary people are up to six times more likely to be autistic. Just as many autistic people are trans, the reverse is also true. These identities often go hand-in-hand and yet, society continues to treat both as outliers. (link to study showing this here: https://lnkd.in/gE-U3jmg).) Our Coaching for Change campaign exists because our systems weren’t built to support and recognize the challenges and strengths that these populations experience. We want to make a real difference with paid internships, coaching, and training trans autistic humans already in our community. It has never been more important to put your money where your heart is. We invite you to show up with us! You can repost, show up, and stay educated (and you should!). But the real work, **job training, mentorship, mental health support** takes more than vibes. Build the world you say you want Inclusion isn’t just an idea, it’s an investment. Free actions matter: listening, amplifying, making space. But let’s be real, systems run on money. Companies can’t hire, train, or support without it. If we don’t fund inclusive orgs, we risk losing them. This is how we build the world we say we want: with values, voices, and yes, dollars. Let’s show the world that we are more than the rhetoric.. Even $10 can support someone on the margins finding their way in. Visibility is a start, but opportunity is the goal. About us
We help organizations of all sizes and industries implement business agility while honoring the diverse people that make up your teams. Agile and DEI are a single circle Venn diagram. You can’t have one without the other. As Inclusive Agile coaches, we believe that companies find success by empowering their employees to safely be their authentic selves at work. Creativity is required for innovative, iterative, knowledge work. Vulnerability is required for creativity. You can't have either without establishing psychologically safe teams. The more psychological safety cultivated, the better your teams will be able to deliver real business value. Make the most of your leadership and teams by understanding how diverse experiences and perspectives contribute to problem-solving, ideation, and execution. * Currently in the process of becoming a non-profit organization (501(c)(3)).

Build the World You Say You Want Inclusion isn’t just an idea, it’s an investment. Free actions matter: listening, amplifying, making space. But let’s be real, systems run on money. Inclusion Needs Infrastructure And infrastructure needs funding. You can repost, show up, and stay educated (and you should!). Have you noticed how easy it is to feel powerless right now? We have too. But here's what gives us hope: putting our energy — and our dollars — toward real opportunities that uplift people who are too often overlooked. This month, we launched Coaching for Change, a campaign to support trans and autistic young adults through personalized job coaching, hands-on training, and paid internships in tech. Why? Because inclusion can’t be performative. It has to be resourced. Because real change doesn’t just talk. It mentors. It hires. It pays. We’re raising $5,000 by April 30 to fund coaching and internships that lead to confidence, community, and financial independence. And we're a 1/4 of the way there! Whether you give $10 or $2,500. You're part of something powerful. Let’s build the future we want to live in. 💛 Donate here : https://lnkd.in/gizA3AhW #CoachingForChange #TransRightsAreHumanRights #NeurodivergentAndThriving #InclusiveAgile Image Description: Colorful anthropomorphic foxes interacting with several gears to symbolize the systems we work in. Intersectionality Matters - Trans and autistic communities are deeply connected. Many trans people are also neurodivergent—and vice versa. But our systems rarely make space for people who live at these intersections. At Inclusive Agile, we believe liberation must be intersectional. This April, we’re raising $5000 to support trans, autistic humans in our network through coaching, training, and a paid internship. Visibility is a start. Opportunity is the goal. 🔗 Donate today to help create space where people at the margins can thrive. Learn more about our work at https://lnkd.in/gizA3AhW

From our Executive Director, Corissa Peck Today is Trans Day of Visibility- a day to honor and uplift trans people, their courage, their brilliance, and their rightful place in every corner of our world. As a cisgender leader, I am not here to speak for trans people. I want to speak to others like me. Those of us who haven’t had to fight for the right to be seen, named, or safe in our gender expression. Lately I’ve been turning over a thought experiment: What if society had never invented gender roles? Imagine a world where people are born, bodies are different, but we place no assumptions or expectations on anyone based on those bodies. A world where how we speak, dress, love, or build a life isn't bound by outdated scripts. Where identity isn't something to “perform”—it's something to be, freely. In this world the concept of “trans” wouldn't even exist. NOT because people wouldn't express diverse identities, but because no one would be forced to transition from something that was never imposed in the first place. That’s not a vision meant to erase trans experience. I'm not even suggesting it's an attainable Utopia. It’s an invitation to recognize that we did this. Society created the boxes and then villainized people that don't fit into them. Being trans isn’t new. It isn’t confusing. And it certainly isn’t a trend. What *is* new, and painfully so, is the wave of anti-trans legislation spreading across this country. The cruelty of it is staggering. And neutrality is not an option. At Inclusive Agile, We're Taking Action We’re committing to supporting trans and neurodivergent individuals not just in theory, but in practice. Starting today, we’re launching a fundraising campaign called At the Intersections. We aim to honor both Trans Day of Visibility and Autism Acceptance Month. Our goal: Raise $5,000 to fund coaching, training, and paid internships for two trans autistic humans. These talented folks are already in our network and can benefit immediately from your help! With your support, we can help them thrive in tech—and begin building futures shaped by belonging, not survival. We know that job access, economic stability, and mentorship save lives. So does gender-affirming care. So does visibility rooted in opportunity. https://lnkd.in/d6esT3_r P.S. Our Values Are Not Up for Debate. We stand unequivocally with trans people. *Trans women are women. *Trans men are men. *Gender Non-conforming and Nonbinary people are real. *And gender-affirming care is life-saving healthcare. Inclusive Agile exists to challenge outdated systems and build inclusive ones in their place. This is what that work looks like. If you want to walk with us, now’s the time.

Today, as we close Women’s History Month and recognize International Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the legacy of Christine Jorgensen—a woman who changed the world by choosing to live as her full, true self. In 1952, Christine became the first American widely known to have undergone gender-affirming surgery. But her story wasn’t just about the headlines—it was about self-recognition, access to care, and the right to exist with dignity. Christine was a writer, a speaker, a performer, and a pioneer. She lived at a time when trans identities were misunderstood or erased—and yet she stepped forward, not with shame, but with grace and clarity, helping others imagine the possibility of being seen and accepted. -She used her visibility to advocate, opening doors for conversations about gender and identity. -She endured invasive scrutiny yet stayed firm in her truth. -She reminded us that healthcare is about wholeness, not just survival. And now, in 2025, her story is more relevant than ever. Across the U.S., gender-affirming care is being restricted or banned, putting lives, futures, and mental health at risk. Let’s be clear: trans healthcare is mental healthcare. When trans people have access to gender-affirming care, whether it’s medical, psychological, or social, they are more likely to thrive. This care reduces depression, anxiety, and suicide risk. It saves lives. It affirms identity, fosters self-worth, and honors the truth people have always known about themselves. Christine once said, “The problem doesn't exist in my mind. The problem is in the minds of other people.” This Trans Day of Visibility, we honor Christine Jorgensen, a pioneer of trans healthcare and visibility, and we recommit to protecting and expanding access to the care that all trans people deserve. Read More About Her: https://lnkd.in/g_UF2ymp Uplift the names of trans women who inspire you. Let’s fight for a future where visibility always comes with safety, care, and celebration. #TransDayOfVisibility #WomensHistoryMonth #ChristineJorgensen #TransHealthIsHealth #MentalHealthMatters #ProtectTransYouth Image Description: A black-and-white photograph of Christine Jorgensen, the pioneering transgender woman and public figure, smiling brightly. She holds a pair of sunglasses in one hand and stands near a window, exuding classic 1950s glamour and confidence.

As we mark International Transgender Day of Visibility and the final day of Women’s History Month, we honor the legacy of Marsha P. Johnson; a Black transgender woman, a fierce activist, a beloved community figure, and a catalyst for LGBTQ+ liberation. Marsha was there at the frontlines of the Stonewall Uprising in 1969. She didn’t just demand change, she embodied it, with glitter in her hair and fire in her heart. She co-founded STAR (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries) to support homeless trans youth and sex workers, long before society even recognized those needs. She lived in a world that constantly tried to erase her—but she met it with joy, resistance, and radical love. -She stood for those most marginalized, uplifting trans people, especially those impacted by poverty, racism, and homelessness. -She led by example, showing what activism could look like when rooted in care and community. -She remains a symbol of strength, visibility, and the refusal to be erased. Marsha once said, "No pride for some of us without liberation for all of us." And today, in a time when trans people, especially Black trans women, are facing escalating violence, legal attacks, and erasure across the country, her words are more urgent than ever. Visibility matters—but it must come with protection, celebration, and resources. On this International Transgender Day of Visibility, and every day, we honor Marsha P. Johnson, not just as an icon of the past, but as a reminder of what it means to show up for each other now. Read More About Her: https://lnkd.in/e-dwYMWw Uplift the names of trans women who inspire you, past or present. Some heroes fight on the battlefield. Policarpa Salavarrieta fought in the shadows. As a spy, revolutionary, and fearless patriot, she risked everything to help Colombia fight for independence from Spanish rule. Born in the late 1700s, Policarpa used her intelligence, courage, and connections to gather secret information for the revolutionary forces. Disguised as a seamstress in royalist homes, she eavesdropped on military officials, smuggled weapons, and recruited others to join the cause. But when she was caught in 1817, she refused to beg for mercy, instead, she used her final moments to denounce tyranny and call for freedom. -She worked as a spy, passing crucial intelligence to revolutionaries. -She helped arm and recruit rebels, playing a key role in the fight for independence. -She faced execution with defiance, shouting for Colombia’s freedom as she was led to her death. Her famous last words? “Although I am young, I have more courage than you, and I will show you how to die for freedom.” Policarpa Salavarrieta is remembered as a national hero of Colombia, proving that revolutions aren’t just fought with weapons, they’re fought with courage, intelligence, and unwavering belief in justice. This Women’s History Month, we celebrate Policarpa Salavarrieta, the spy who turned resistance into revolution.
