This month's #EmployeeSpotlight features Marianna Finkel, Sr. Clinical Research Associate at Imperative Care and world-renowned archer. Hailing from Moldova, Marianna picked up archery after immigrating to America and raising her two sons. She has been recognized with many prestigious titles, both regionally and internationally, for her archery skills. She even represented Team USA in 2021 and took home the bronze Olympic medal. Her philosophy on personal growth is inspiring: "Life begins after 50. Keep achieving great things."
