Lighting Controls Programmer position available! We are looking to fill a full time opening on our growing Control-Tech team supporting Lutron and Current system startup activities. Qualifications for a successful candidate would include:   - Willingness to travel on a daily basis to jobsites within our territory. This opening is primarily for the Boston market. - Experience in or around the electrical industry. This could include previous experience as an electrician, residential/commercial building systems programmer, channel partner looking to get into more of a technical role, etc. - Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally interface with a wide range of customers from contractors to specifiers. - Excellent troubleshooting skills with a “can-do” attitude to support the diverse environments we work in. - Proficient in computer skills including file management, Outlook/ communications software, web navigation, and Microsoft-based productivity software.   Reach out to Mike Malore to apply or to ask any questions regarding this opportunity. mmalore@control-tech.net

I'm excited to share a first look at the Avon Old Farms new 5,000 SF outpatient health center, made possible by the generosity of the Kirby Family! This new ground-up building will provide the school with five observation rooms, two exam rooms, and four dedicated behavioral health offices, creating a larger and more welcoming environment for students and staff.   The design takes inspiration from the school's historic architecture to seamlessly blend the building into the campus environment while establishing a strong presence to help it stand out. Thoughtful planning ensures that behavioral health spaces feel calm and private, with the reception area providing a sense of separation from the busier clinical spaces. Additionally, new site lighting, signage, and a dedicated drop-off path will improve accessibility, making it even easier to receive care.   Our healthcare team, including Michael Horton Associates, Inc. Fuss & O'Neill, and FIP Construction, Inc. is excited to see this project come to life.
