We are thrilled to welcome two exciting additions to our growing advancement and fundraising team, Justin Fincher, Ph.D. as a managing director and Jennifer "Jen" L. Howe as a principal. They each bring decades of #HigherEd and #Philanthropy expertise, with track records of achieving record-setting outcomes at public and private institutions. Justin has over 20 years of experience developing and optimizing advancement programs and campaigns for #HigherEd institutions, academic medical centers, and #Nonprofit organizations to drive sustainable and scalable growth. He has developed numerous philanthropy and fundraising campaigns to secure large gifts for public research universities, including the largest unrestricted endowment gift in American #HigherEducation history. Before joining Huron, Justin was the vice president for advancement and executive director of the Stony Brook Foundation at Stony Brook University. Jen brings over 30 years of philanthropy experience and has designed and led comprehensive campaigns for public and private institutions, resulting in more than $2 billion in fundraising outcomes. Jen’s expertise includes launching new fundraising programs across #HigherEd that maximize the impact of institutions’ investments and elevate all aspects of the institutions’ development cycle. Previously, Jen was a Senior Philanthropic Advisor to the President and Vice President for Development at Georgia Institute of Technology.   Their arrivals build on the momentum of our recent acquisition of Advancement Resources and bringing on the Halpin Partnership team, further strengthening our ability to deliver holistic, high-impact solutions that empower institutions to grow, engage, and drive long-term philanthropic success.
