Since joining Huffines Communities in April 2022 as Director of Special Projects, Nate has made a significant impact. He led the development of Lakesong, a 2,700-acre master-planned community in Grand Prairie and Midlothian, featuring 6,000+ single-family homes, 2,000 multifamily units, commercial space, lakes, resort-style amenities, and nature trails. With over six years at PwC specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Nate’s expertise in financial analysis, project management, and deal valuation is instrumental in overseeing our portfolio’s accounting, finance, and strategy. A native of Marion, Iowa, and a sixth-generation farmer, Nate holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Iowa State University. While not a Texas native, he got here as fast as he could!
