💡 SAP Insights: Be the change Burning out on change. Change fatigue at work is a thing. It’s the mental stress and exhaustion that come from trying to deal with change after change after change. Workers can become stressed and demoralized and then quit the quiet way. Or, you know, quit the loud way by resigning. But this particular flavor of change-caused burnout can be managed with strategies that help prepare people for what’s coming and deal with it once it happens. Much of helping employees manage change gets down to communication. Don’t leave them in the dark about what’s happening. It’s better to be up-front, updating them regularly, than having them stress on their own and relying on rumors. Another tact is to party on: Recognize achievements, milestones, and all the good things that are happening. This go-live follows a successful go-live of Workforce Software earlier in 2024. Our team of expert EC, ECP and Workforce Software consultants (partnered with New Entity HCM), has had the pleasure of working with Trulieve for the past year to deliver a successful project that will support the 6200+ employees across the country!
