Our team from Howmet Engine Products Wichita Falls was proud to return to the Midwestern State University Engineering & Technology Career Fair last week—and this year’s visit was extra special. Joining Howard McDaris,PHR, SHRM-CP was Brooklyn Rhyne, our current HR CO-OP. Just one year ago, Brooklyn attended this very event as a student in search of her own CO-OP opportunity. She officially joined us in April 2024—and has been a valued part of our team ever since. This year, Brooklyn had the chance to share her experiences with students and was able to offer insight into life as a CO-OP. This full-circle moment is a great example of how meaningful these events can be—for both students and employers. Later that afternoon, Howard and Will Rupert connected with students, where more than 100 future professionals stopped by to learn more about opportunities with organization. We’re always looking to meet and mentor the next generation. Thanks to MSU for continuing to be a strong partner in shaping future careers. #HowmetEngineProducts #Careers #Recruiting #MSUCareerFair #wearehowmet

The need for consistent, reliable electrical systems continues to grow, whether you’re adding an electronics package to a vehicle or searching for a way to create hybrid or electrical power generation. Consistent, uninterrupted electrical power is an important component of customer satisfaction. It’s also critical for safety and longevity of the system. Simply put, we want our electronic and electrical power to work when we want it to work. The new, revolutionary Huck® Grounding Stud (patent pending) was created with this in mind. It creates a 100% reliable bond that is highly resistant to vibration loosening. It’s fast & easy to install, significantly reducing costs by eliminating the need for welding & extensive surface prep. See how Grounding Stud can solve your electrical bonding challenges here: https://lnkd.in/gBbRpc9t
