Here's the data behind who's leaving the reviews: ✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬: Luxury and boutique properties lead the way consisting of 29.3% of the reviews ✅ 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: Bigger properties were the most active reviewers with properties >100 rooms contributing 45.1% of the reviews ✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧: EU hoteliers for the first year ever actually edged out US hotel tech reviews. EU contributed 32.7% while US contributed 31.9%. APAC grew significantly as well. ✅ 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲: The US still dominates leaving 26.3% of the reviews during the awards period. ✅ 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Operations lead the pack with 34.5% of reviews followed by Revenue Mgmt (27.5%) and Marketing (17.8%). ✅ 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲: Only around 1 in 5 reviews (19.1%) came from PMS or HMS.
