March was a great month to be a Genius as we strive to fulfill our ambition to be the fastest growing and most respected home improvement company in America. I’m so proud of our Geniuses! New company records set: Highest Net Sales In A Week Highest Net Sales In A Month Highest Volume from Field Marketing Most Leads In A Day/Week/Month Most Sets by Inside Sales In A Day/Week/Month Most Leads Issued Day/Week/Month Most Reviews In A Month Most Promotions In A Month Most Hires In A Month Most Install Volume In A Month On top of that, the HGE team was recognized by our strongest partner, Owens Corning, with four awards including the Pinnacle MVP, our co-founders Austin Killian and Max Alesi were recognized in Pro Remodeler Media ‘s 40 Under 40, and we welcomed our new CFO Al Ferraioli to the company. But my favorite thing about this incredible team of Geniuses is that, when asked, none of those accomplishments were cited as the best part of the month. Instead, it was our continued dedication to Home Genius Cares. Whether it’s our inside sales team writing cards to service members overseas, or our team in Philly getting ready to pull an AIRPLANE to raise money for Ronald McDonald House, or our teams packing lunches for those in need, these acts of generosity and kindness is what truly define us. This includes the second donation of windows to Habitat For Humanity, this time over $100k in New Jersey, to give back directly to the community we serve. Still, the pervasive attitude here at HGE, even after a month like March, is Happy… But Not Satisfied. We have so much work to do and so many ways to improve. We have hundreds of entry-level positions and dozens of leadership spots to fill. And we have endless opportunity for those willing to work for it.
