Meet Jason Caruso – One of our newest IT team members, specializing in analytics and automation 🔷 Would you rather explore space or the deep ocean? “I’d rather explore the deep oceans on alien planets in space. Is that an option? Because that’s definitely what I’m signing up for.” 🔷 What’s a toy or game from your childhood that you wish you still had? “We used to stack one garbage can on top of another, put one of my younger brothers inside, then the rest of us would hit the top can as hard as we could—it felt like a roller coaster. Dangerous? Absolutely. Fun? Even more so. Wish we could still play without risking injury!” 🔷 Would you rather be famous for something silly or completely unknown for something important? “Completely unknown for something important—like designing a system of robots that clean and refill my water bottle every day. Hydration innovation!” 🔷 What’s a skill or talent that you’re secretly really good at? “I’m (somewhat secretly) good at rapping. I made music for nearly 20 years and still perform at one charity show every summer.” 🔷 What do you like about working at Premier Home Pros? “I get to do the work I’m passionate about - and use it to nerd out and solve real problems. Might sound boring to some, but I love it. Plus, I’m surrounded by a team that’s not only driven, but knows how to have fun. Work hard, play hard.”

Meet Ashley Gardea, a valued member of our Human Resource team! We asked a few fun questions to get to know them better: 🔹 What’s a skill or talent that you’re secretly really good at? "I’m a total gaming nerd! Right now, my favorite game is Overwatch, and I take it pretty seriously." 🔹 If you could trade places with someone for a week, who would it be? "My daughter—without a doubt. I’d love to experience the pure joy and excitement of being a little kid again. No responsibilities, just fun and imagination all day long!" 🔹 If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? "Maui, Hawaii. It’s my absolute favorite place! The beaches, the atmosphere, and just the overall vibe—it’s paradise." 🔹 What’s something you irrationally love or hate? "I have an irrational love for Dr. Pepper. There’s just something about an ice-cold, crisp Dr. Pepper that I need every single day. It’s basically my lifeblood at this point." 🔹 What’s your favorite thing about working at Premier? "The people I work with, hands down. I’ve been in HR for about 10 years, and I’ve learned that having great coworkers can truly make or break your experience. At Premier, we all have such different personalities, but we mesh so well together. For the first time in my career, I genuinely look forward to coming into the office every day." We’re so grateful to have Ashley on the team! 🎉
