Feeling under the weather but not sure if you should still exercise?  The answer isn’t always black and white. At Hinge Health, we know that movement is key to feeling your best, but so is rest. If you're sick, here are a few things to keep in mind: 🚶If your symptoms are mild (think congestion or a sore throat), light movement like stretching or a short walk can actually help boost your energy. 🚫 If you have a fever, body aches, or fatigue, your body is telling you to slow down. Listen to it, rest, and focus on recovery. 💡 Taking a few days off won’t undo your progress. What matters most is getting back into your routine once you're feeling better. Your body knows best.
