A great second day at Thrive. Tremendous thought leadership from Marcus Buckingham, insightful real employer experience with Lydia Boyd Campbell, MD,MPH, FACOEM and Marleece Estella, inspired product vision from the dream team (Jeff Yoshimura, Justin Tran and Laura (Gilligan) Walmsley) and some captivating art work from performance painter David Garibaldi. These were just a few highlights from a packed agenda. Congrats to our award winners as well! Heading to the amazing Georgia Aquarium for another night of cocktails, dinner and community.

Day one of the Thrive Summit started with a bang. 🥁 Our mainstage sessions kicked off with Personify Health CEO Chris Michalak unpacking the complexities of driving change at both micro and macro levels and emphasizing the critical importance of engaging with individuals as whole people in the ways they want/need engagement. Jordan VanLare, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company's Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice, underscored the importance of elevating the healthcare ecosystem experience and the future of health and wellbeing in the workplace, providing us with a forward-looking outlook. Actor, philanthropist, and musician Kevin Bacon brought us all one degree closer with an open and honest conversation about his career, SixDegrees nonprofit and building a culture of community, respect, safety, and inclusivity.
