Can we clean the air with chemistry? Mission Zero Technologies thinks so. Using direct air capture technology to pull CO₂ from ambient air, the startup uses an electrochemical process that requires less energy and fewer raw materials than traditional systems. 🌬️ What: Building direct air capture (DAC) systems that are modular, energy-efficient, and deployable anywhere. 🔍 Their approach? Using off-the-shelf components and electrochemical processes, without needing high heat or rare materials. 💡 Why it matters: We can’t hit net zero without removing carbon that’s already in the atmosphere. And companies like Mission Zero are racing to make carbon removal not just possible, but practical.
