Exciting developments are underway at Gulf Inland Logistics Park—Phase 1 of the rail yard is set to open soon, bringing capacity for nearly 1,000 railcars. Full steam ahead at Gulf Inland Logistics Park! 🚂 The first track is being laid at the Phase 1 rail yard, which will have capacity for nearly 1,000 railcars. Stay tuned as we push toward a projected June 2025 completion! Paul Connor Marcus Goering

Exciting progress is being made at Gulf Inland’s railcar storage facility. 🛤️ The subgrade for CMC Railyard 1 and CMC Railyard 2 is complete, and the site work for Railyard 3 is nearly finished. CMC Yard 1 and Yard 2 will have the capacity for over 850 railcars and are set for completion in Summer 2025! Railyard 3 will add capacity for another 600 railcars, with future Yard 4 and Yard 5 bringing the total to over 2,000 railcar storage spaces. With each phase, Gulf Inland Logistics Park is expanding its capacity to meet growing rail storage demands.

What a difference a week makes! 🚧 Clay Development & Construction, Inc. is moving quickly to construct approximately 350,000 square feet of vertical space at Gulf Inland for its tenant. In addition to Phoenix Oil and Clay Development, Gulf Inland has three additional tenant projects that will start construction before the end of 2024, PLUS a 1,200 railcar storage yard!

We're thrilled to see Phoenix Oil, a division of Adams Resources & Energy Inc., making great strides on their new facility at Gulf Inland. As the first tenant and the first vertical infrastructure on site, their progress marks an exciting milestone. Phoenix Oil plans to be operational on the site by the end of 2024, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

We're pleased to be attending the SOUTHWEST ASSOCIATION OF RAIL SHIPPERS (SWARS) Semi-Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas, where we’re looking forward to connecting with our valued partners and friends. 🤝 But that’s not all – we also have significant updates to share regarding Gulf Inland’s railyard expansion.   As part of Gulf Inland’s phased expansion, Phase 1 will add 1,200 new railcar spaces, with Phase 2 bringing an additional 1,200 railcar spaces online. Phase 1 spaces are scheduled to be operational by the end of Q1 2025, strategically positioned adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad Robinson Yard and the BNSF Railway Dayton Yard, along the Baytown Subdivision.   Want to learn more about how Gulf Inland can support your company’s growth? Awesome to see Phoenix Oil's progress on their state-of-the-art facility within Gulf Inland Logistics Park!

Gulf Inland Logistics Park today announced that it has completed the acquisition of 1,149 acres of prime industrial real estate in Dayton, Texas, along the Grand Parkway, south of Highway 90. The property will be utilized to further expand Gulf Inland Logistics Park, which is in phase two of a three-phase expansion that will total 3,800 acres.
