    Kaleidoscope: A Leadership Journey Like No Other! 🎉 It's a wrap on our inaugural three-year flagship leadership development programme, Kaleidoscope! Over the last few weeks we have celebrated the incredible achievements of our first cohort – 60 exceptional leaders from across GroupM and our agencies who embarked on a truly unforgettable journey. Kaleidoscope wasn't just another leadership program; it was an experience like no other. Over the past three years, participants: ✅ Received over 1500 hours of personalized coaching. ✅ Explored the world through regional immersions in Austin, Singapore, and Copenhagen. ✅ Journeyed to Mars (with a little help of VR) 🚀 ✅ Celebrated their accomplishments at finale events in New York, London, and Hong Kong. And that's not all.
