As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we're taking the opportunity to reflect on the foundational values and partnerships that have led us to this moment.  𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 has been a fundamental value of Gridiron’s culture since our founding. We value those who play as a team and have a deep desire to win through hard work, commitment, determination, and courage. GSM Outdoors, a portfolio company we had the privilege of partnering with, exemplified the power of sportsmanship. Given the company’s focus on outdoor recreation, a culture of sportsmanship was a built-in aspect of management and fueled the company as a whole. The mutual understanding and trust between Gridiron Capital LLC and GSM laid the groundwork for a partnership that we believe would create a category-leading outdoor enthusiast platform. Working collaboratively with GSM, we enacted new initiatives like: -Strategically expanding into fishing and other rugged outdoor categories -Scaling the cellular and app subscription business -Completing 18 acquisitions of iconic brands -Driving consistent organic growth through new product development  We’re proud to have GSM as part of the Gridiron legacy and look forward to working with other companies that similarly embody true sportsmanship and a relentless commitment to #WinningTogether.

We celebrated Gridiron Capital LLC's 20th anniversary during our Annual Meeting a few weeks ago.   Over the course of two days, we gathered our limited partners, visionary portfolio company leaders, our Board of Business Executives (BOBE), and the entire Gridiron team to celebrate our collective achievements and chart a course for future growth.   See some of our highlights from this year's memorable event below:

This year's award recipients were selected through BluWave’s rigorous assessment in consultation with leading limited partners, investment bankers and other thought leaders in the private equity ecosystem.
