Each year, Granite invites first-time managers and leaders new to Granite to participate in Elevate. This eight-month course helps them lead with confidence and competence while reinforcing the Granite Purpose as a people leader. The course was developed in partnership with Human Dynamics and e3 Professional Trainers. It consists of a 360 assessment, monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, talks with senior leaders at Granite, and in-person and virtual training classes. Granite is honored to share that the Sidley Austin LLP lease signing at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas won the Best Office Lease award presented by D CEO's Commercial Real Estate Awards last night. Sidley is leasing 118,484 square feet covering the top four and a half floors at our Class-AA, 26-floor, 626,215-square-foot office development with completion anticipated this summer. 23Springs is 60 percent leased and will create an innovative and collaborative office community inclusive of restaurants Élephante and Little Ruby’s and a half-acre park for everyone to enjoy. Our longtime customer, SM Energy Company, has signed an expansion lease doubling their office space at Eldridge in Houston, Texas. Eldridge is a Class A, LEED Gold-certified, three-building office complex totaling 828,784 square feet. The complex is 92.2 percent leased and features hospitality-driven lobbies, outdoor workspaces, a coffee bar, an EATS café, a MOVE fitness center, and three MEET conference rooms.
