The Winter 2025 Silicon Valley Fellowship is officially underway! 🚀✨ Day 1 kicked off at our offices in the Salesforce Tower, where Erick Turricelli, co-founder of Gomry, welcomed the fellows with an introduction to the week and Gomry—the AI CRM for modern associations and professional event organizers. Over lunch, the fellows had the opportunity to meet Andrea Michi, founder (in stealth mode) and formerly Research Engineer at Google DeepMind. It was an insightful session where he shared his experience and answered all the questions. The afternoon brought an inspiring talk from Anto Patrex, CEO & Co-Founder of CosmicBrain AI and previously Technical Staff at xAI and a Space Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center. As part of the initial team at xAI, he worked closely with Elon Musk to bring Grok to life—he gave the fellows firsthand insight into building frontier AI. As the sun set, the fellows split into two groups: some attended an AI Event at GitHub HQ, while others experienced the thrill of a National Basketball Association (NBA) game in San Francisco.
