As we celebrate #WomenInAviation this month, we recognize those who have made it their mission to inspire, connect, and empower women in all facets of the aviation industry. We reflect on the impact of female pilots, engineers, mechanics, dispatchers, and aviation executives who are shaping the future of flight. At Go Rentals, we take pride in serving the aviation community, a dynamic industry shaped by innovation, precision, and exceptional service. But behind every aircraft in the sky is a network of dedicated professionals who make aviation possible. This includes the remarkable women who continue to break barriers and set new standards in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Aviation has come a long way since Amelia Earhart’s trailblazing solo flight across the Atlantic, but there is still work to be done in ensuring equal opportunities, mentorship, and leadership representation for women in this field. We applaud organizations like Women in Aviation International for providing critical resources, scholarships, and networking opportunities to support the next generation of female aviators and aviation professionals. Whether it’s through seamless vehicle rental services at over 250 FBO locations or by recognizing the incredible contributions of women in aviation, we remain dedicated to elevating the experience for all who take to the skies. In recognition of the women who have not only helped shape the industry but make Go Rentals a great place to work, we will be featuring some of the women who are integral to our success throughout the month of March. From Operations to Strategic Partnerships: Meet Allison PassamanoOrtiz, Senior Director of Travel Industry Partnerships at Go Rentals, based in New York/New Jersey. With a unique blend of business and education degrees, Allison fosters key partnerships with agencies serving private aviation clients nationwide. Her nearly decade-long journey at Go Rentals has spanned operations and private client services, and now, she is leading partnerships in Sports, Entertainment, Executive Protection, and more.
