#TeamMemberSpotlight: Meet Rita Massey! Rita is a Certified Nursing Assistant who has been with Givens for 18 years and will be celebrating her 19th anniversary in September. When she's not at work, Rita enjoys tending to her flowers and gardening, as well as spending quality time with her 5 grandkids. What Rita loves most about her job is interacting with the residents and hearing their stories. She finds joy in helping them accomplish goals they once thought impossible and cherishes the moments when they recognize her after she's been away for a few days. Rita's passion for her work is evident in the way she connects with our residents and team members. Rita said she never realized she would like being a CNA so much. Her caring and compassionate nature shines through in everything she does, and we are so grateful to have her on our team.
