It was great seeing Women In America members (Irene Chang Britt, Shelley Diamond, Anna Dougan, Ita Ekpoudom, Tina Naser, Donna Orender, Lisa M. Shalett, Kelly Watson and Melinda Wolfe) at the Generation W conference in Jacksonville, Florida! Led by the indomitable WIA Mentor Donna Orender, this year's conference theme was "Explore." Our own Irene Chang Britt moderated a panel on "The Everyday Explorer," discussing embracing optimism and curiosity in our professional lives. Our board chair, Kelly Watson, led a conversation and workshop about the potential positive implications AI can have in the Life Sciences industry and the advances in health outcomes that can result. WIA Mentor Lisa M. Shalett moderated a panel on how AI will impact the future of work. Congratulations, and well done! #womeninamerica #womensleadership #mentoring
