Intravitreal injections are an important part of treatment paradigm for patients with retinal disease. In the picture, a patient get an injection by Dr. Mitul Mehta Retina Specialist at UCI Health Gavin Herbert Eye Institute and Professor of Ophthalmology at UCI School of Medicine and a Board Member of the Orange County Eye Project . These injections are expensive, and some patients do not remain compliant because of that. In our case, we are grateful to Regeneron and Genentech Roche for supporting our endeavor with injections they provide.
