Foxtail was founded in 2016 in Winter Park, Florida, inspired by the foxtail plant, symbolizing growth and resilience — values that have fueled their rapid expansion. Today, Foxtail has 85 locations (and counting), with plans to open 30 more in the next five years. We are happy to share that our newest Florida location in Lakeland is officially in construction! This new shop will feature a Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream counter, which has delectable signature flavors including their popular banana pudding and cookie monster ice creams along with rotating monthly featured flavors based on both holidays and seasons. We are excited to enter the Lakeland community and provide a cozy spot for a cup or cone for our guests to treat themselves to! Foxtail Coffee Co. officially opened its Hunter Street location in Apex, NC earlier this week, and we were honored to have Mayor Jacques K. Gilbert stop by to celebrate the occasion. His visit highlighted the strong sense of community in Apex and the excitement around Foxtail’s arrival in the area. A huge congratulations to the Hunter Street team on a successful launch! Welcome to our newest Foxtail Coffee in Georgia! This gorgeous shop resides in a mixed-use commercial and residential complex called Olmstead in Riverside. It is located in the heart of the historic city of Savannah, known for its beautiful squares, architecture, and Southern charm. This exciting location serves beer and wine alongside our craft beverage and food offerings, making it the perfect stop for a cozy and elevated breakfast or an evening of socializing with loved ones.
