FORVIA HELLA today announced its sales data for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025. Accordingly, Group-wide sales are at €2.0 billion and therefore around the level of the previous year; adjusted for currency-adjusted effects, it decreased only slightly by 0.8 percent compared to the first quarter of the previous fiscal year. "The start to the new fiscal year 2025 has been solid overall and is in line with our expectations. The Electronics business in particular developed successfully. 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗔 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 The headlamps that FORVIA HELLA has developed for the Renault Emblème are the first to implement key elements of the pioneering #SustainableHeadlamp concept, underlining its overall feasibility. The headlamps of the Renault Emblème can reduce CO2 emissions by around half over the entire product life cycle compared to conventional series headlamps, which is achieved by: ✅ 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: When driving in inner-city areas, e.g., the headlamps automatically regulate down. This can reduce the energy consumption by around half. ✅ 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: Weight of the sustainable headlight in the Renault Emblème can be reduced by around 20%; in addition it consists of over 70% recycled or bio-based materials. ✅ 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀: Just 3mm thick and requires about 80% less material compared to a conventional lens while maintaining the same high performance.
