It speaks volumes when a company pays it forward. Mick Yinger and the entire First Responders' Bridge team is extending a sincere thank you to Todd McKee and everyone at HazMatOhio, LLC for continuing to donate a portion of training fees to sponsor seats for First Responders attending our confidential and free retreats. It is not lost on us that you are helping these men and women prepare for a true crisis, even when the crisis is their own. The First Responders' Bridge team is humbled by this heartfelt message from our good friend, Rob Meriweather, President of the EP Division at SARNOVA HC, LLC. Bound Tree Medical is a proud Platinum #sponsor of First Responders' Bridge and the company's "pull out all the stops" support of the Bridge's mission to save the lives of those who save lives is #inspiring. A special thank you to Stacey Barksdale and all of the Boundtree sales team members who personally generated tens of thousands of dollars at a recent fundraising competition. These employees continue to step up to support the Bridge's mission in small but meaningful ways. Mick Yinger and the entire Bridge Team are grateful for your #compassion and #leadership.

The First Responders' Bridge is is grateful to Sheriff Matthew Hafey and everyone at the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office for its fundraising efforts to support the mission. This week, PCSO Captain John Strawser presented the Bridge’s Director of Development, maureen kocot with a donation that will directly sponsor a seat at the May retreat for a First Responder struggling with the things they’ve seen and heard on the job. The only way we can truly crush the stigma surrounding First Responder mental health is from the top down. Thank you, PCSO, for the leadership and support! 🙏

The First Responders' Bridge is blessed to have the one and only Cardale Jones serving on our board. Co-founders Mick Yinger and Mike Pavolino don’t do much on an empty stomach 😂 so we had a productive strategic planning meeting over awesome burgers and fries with our good friend and Bridge supporter, Rich Spagna at Revelry Tavern in #Dublin. The Bridge team is ready to grow and serve even more #firstresponders coping with #ptsd and we are thankful for the tremendous community support we receive on the daily!

Chris Perry is also a vocal advocate for #firstresponder #mentalhealth resiliency and a proud First Responders' Bridge alumnae (and doesn’t care who knows it) Nice work!
Helping Ohio's first responders retire! Financial Professional at Triplecrown Wealth Management. Co-host of the Pension Protector Podcast. Author of the Money Academy book.
Will you indulge me as I tell you what great things my friend, Chris Perry, is doing in Amberly Village? He found himself, yet again, at the center of another great article from @KeithBieryGolick from WCPO. This time it was for his training on what dementia patients may be experiencing. Chris has really been leading the charge when it comes to community policing. His proactive approach has had an immediate impact in the village and he is able to connect with residents that otherwise may never encounter law enforcement. I hope other departments, who can afford to utilize an officer this way, can copy what Chris is doing. Great job and keep up the good work! We are all proud of you!!! https://lnkd.in/gc4a7ke7

First Responders' Bridge Executive Director, Mick Yinger, had the opportunity to share the Bridge’s mission with the ASIS Columbus Chapter, an organization working to advance the careers of #security professionals. A special thanks to Stan Partlow, CPP for the introduction. It’s always a good day when we can tell others how the Bridge is saving the lives of those who save lives. Thank you for having us!

Proud of Officer Chris Perry and the officers placing an emphasis on caring for the aging members of the community.

What do these marine creatures have in common? “If they stop moving forward, they drown.” First Responders' Bridge board member and presenter, Stan Partlow, CPP, is a retired Columbus Division of Police Commander and #author of ‘Leading Relentlessly.’ The shark analogy is a reminder that even though the healing journey is rarely a straight line, it’s critical to keep taking that next step. For the second year in a row, Stan donated a portion of his book sales to the Bridge. Thank you for your #generosity and for leading relentlessly.
