During the discussion, Terri shared her experiences working with Education Above All Foundation All in Qatar and her time at the World Economic Forum in Davos with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation—offering insights into how soft power strategies can shape international relations and global initiatives. Other panelists included: Paul Bailey from IDA Ireland, who spoke on the Irish-US relationship, the significance of long-term strategic partnerships, and the role of DEI in Ireland. Anthony Triolo, Vice President of Glasshouse Initiatives Inc. , who explored how we measure soft power and its evolving role in international development and human rights.
