Q1 wasn’t just about pipeline and progress—it was about presence ✨ Our team hit the road this past quarter, connecting with peers and partners across the sector. From meaningful conversations at PEAK Grantmaking in New Orleans to high-impact ideas at the #AgentForce World Tour in DC, we’ve been deep in the work of listening, learning, and sharing. After what has felt like the longest-winter-in-history, spring feels like a fresh start—with new ideas, and new momentum 🌻🪴 What's Next? We’re heading to NTEN in Baltimore this month, and we’re excited to keep the conversations going with mission-driven organizations using #Salesforce to power their impact. If you’ll be there, connect with the Exponent Partners' team. If you won’t, but you’re navigating challenges in the nonprofit tech space, I’d still love to hear what’s top of mind for you. Here’s to building what's next—together. Happy Q2! 🥂 #SalesLeadership #NonprofitTech #NTEN2025

  • Sharing a post Exponent Partners Account Executive Matt Nevins - We often see nonprofits wrestle with this exact tension—balancing donor enthusiasm for specific projects with the organization’s strategic goals. In my experience, guiding donors toward well-defined impact pillars can help ensure both donor satisfaction and mission alignment. Question: How does your organization navigate the balance between donor-driven priorities and strategic impact? Please share your thoughts in the comments!

Supporting nonprofits and impact-driven organizations through systems integration ☁️

When it comes to fundraising, do we let donors lead - or guide them toward impact? At a nonprofit I worked for, we encouraged donors to dedicate their gifts toward specific ideas or initiatives they were passionate about—as long as they aligned with our mission. The challenge? Funds accumulated in fragmented ways, often unable to be deployed efficiently. When we shifted to a more structured approach, guiding contributions toward strategic impact pillars, we saw immediate improvements: 📌 Faster fund deployment → More immediate impact. 📌 Stronger donor engagement → Transparency led to deeper relationships. 📌 Better data management → Simplified tracking, reporting, and alignment with our mission. This experience raised an ongoing question: How do we balance donor empowerment with nonprofit expertise to maximize impact? I’d love to hear how others in the sector have approached this challenge.

As I attend #PEAK2025, I’m reminded that real progress happens when we take bold action together.   At Exponent Partners, we believe justice and equity shouldn’t just be aspirations; they must be woven into the fabric of philanthropy. That means leveraging data to drive impact and building systems that truly support grantee engagement and the communities they serve.   This work takes trust, partnership, and collaboration.   If you’re at PEAK2025, let’s turn this commitment into action. **Visit us at Booth 1 in the Solutions Center**.   I’m ready to take bold steps.
