With 30 years in the surveying field, he possesses a comprehensive and in-depth mastery of transportation surveying skills. Jim is a member of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) and serves as the Chair of the Standards and Practice Committee. Jim received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his BS in Surveying from Ohio State University. He is a Professional Licensed Surveyor in NC, SC, OH, TN, VA, GA, FL, AL, KY, IL, and IN.
