We’ve been enjoying the trend of turning people into action figures using AI tools, so we decided to give it a try ourselves. When we asked AI to create a "Business Development Representative" action figure, the results looked a lot like our very own Ty Colwell...Coincidence? We don’t think so. Naturally, no action figure is complete without accessories: this one comes equipped with a quarter-zip vest, two cell phones, a laptop, and a stack of business cards, ready to network at a moment’s notice. #BusinessDevelopment #Trends #WRLife

Don’t sleep on a market attracting 100+ new residents everyday. #resilience #jobgrowth
After seven consecutive quarters of negative rent growth, supply and demand is beginning to come back into balance in the Charlotte apartment market. Average asking rents in the first quarter of 2025 were down only $1 compared to the same period a year ago. Some suburban submarkets with less supply saw greater than 2% increases, while supply-heavy neighborhoods such as Lower South End (LoSo) are still recording -3% annual declines.

🌿 Transforming Challenges into Sustainable Solutions in Raleigh 🌿 WithersRavenel partnered with Pappas Properties LLC to design a resilient, sustainable site for Crabtree Village near Raleigh’s Crabtree Valley Mall. Navigating steep terrain, shallow bedrock, and limited space, our Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture teams collaborated with the City of Raleigh to deliver a thoughtful site plan. From cost analysis to community-focused sketches, we helped shape a project that balances function, sustainability, and community needs. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/e3HESDVB #CivilEngineering #SustainableDesign #LandscapeArchitecture #WLAM2025
