Another conference, another opportunity to highlight the meaningful work we are doing in service of students at Ann Arbor Public Schools alongside outstanding principals like Casey Elmore and Ché Carter.

At #NSBA25 last weekend, our team got to meet school board members from across the nation, reconnect with familiar faces from last year’s conference, and spend quality time with our district partners. Each person we spoke to faces unique challenges and political contexts in their district, but all are united in their focus on improving academic, college, and career outcomes for students. A highlight for EOS at #NCE2025 was getting to share the transformational work we are doing with Glenbard High School DIstrict 87. At a roundtable session, Glenbard’s retiring superintendent, David F. Larson, incoming superintendent Jessica Santee, and EOS’ Paul DeAngelis explained how Glenbard leveraged EOS' tools, insights and strategies to enroll thousands of historically underserved students in advanced courses. Paul had the chance to celebrate this achievement, and the legacy of student impact that Larson leaves behind, at our reception for district leaders later that day.
