DGG’s Employee of the Quarter Committee has decided to recognize two Employees of the Quarter for Q1 2025! Each of them made exemplary individual contributions during Q1 that demanded recognition, and each will receive the full EOQ award.  Paty Delgadillo EOQ - We are thrilled to announce that Paty Delgadillo is one of our two Employees of the Quarter for Q1 2025! Paty is our Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Paty’s hard work and dedication over the past quarter have truly set her apart. She played an integral role ensuring a smooth transition to our new Plan Source platform. She took the initiative to create tutorials for employees on how to select their new benefits and organized multiple meetings to guide them through the process. Paty also developed new spreadsheets that made it easier for employees to compare plans, premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs—helping them make informed decisions.  Paty’s commitment to excellence, her willingness to take on extra responsibilities, and her ability to support her colleagues and employees have made a significant impact.
