The DLD team successfully negotiates over 120 lease options annually on behalf of many IPPs in several states. One common challenge we face is the scarcity of attorneys well-versed in negotiating these agreements. Understanding the developer's perspective is crucial for effective negotiations and nobody understands the developer's perspective better than DLD. To address this gap, two licensed attorneys on the team: Ashley Hallene and Scott Aaronson have been teaching several Continuing Legal Education seminars to groups of attorneys.
