NewSchool’s Alumnus Sam Beard (Master of Architecture, 2012) was recently promoted to Principal at Delawie. Beard started with the firm in 2012 and rejoined Delawie in 2021. He became an Associate in 2022.   According to the firm, Beard “has been integral to several marquee projects including Moxy (San Diego Downtown / Gaslamp Quarter), Pechanga Resort Casino Expansion and Qualcomm BA Tower.”   With over a decade of design experience, Beard is currently the Project Manager of the Bower Coronado, a 39-room boutique hotel set to open at the end of February. Congratulations to our alum’s success!
