One year at Cynet!!
365 days.
Hundreds of Zooms, if not more.
A few bruises.
Plenty of wins.
And one massive learning curve!
One year ago, I had two good offers to choose from, but I decided to come in with a mission I believe in: help turn a bold cybersecurity vision into something the market feels. A year later, we’ve pushed boundaries, launched game-changing features, broke some records in the process, and helped MSPs rethink what "all-in-one" can actually look like. We’re not just in the security business—we’re in the business of making things easier, smarter, and faster for the people who need it most.
Some highlights I’m proud of:
Launching some cool features like ESPM and Email Security (no fluff—just real value), Exceeding the evaluations of the MITRE ATT&CK framework for the year 2024 (AGAIN), Help to build an enablement engine that doesn’t suck
and helping partners differentiate, not just “check the box”
I have a long list of people to thank and appreciate, but I'll just name a few.
Eyal Gruner —thank you for believing in me and building a company with a mission worth chasing. Your grit and vision laid the foundation for everything we’re doing now.
To Jason Magee, who stepped in to lead the charge toward that sweet 9-digit and beyond. Steady hands. Big bets. And scalpel sharp clarity – we are on the right path getting there.
Meghan AuBuchon, our new CMO, who’s already turning up the volume. Excited to have you onboard and partner with you to take our voice, brand, and GTM to the next level.
Also, I’d like to thank a few members from our team, like Jeannine Edwards, whose deep understanding of the IT services channel is amplifying Cynet’s value proposition and partner engagement. You are super fun to work with! And my colleague George Tubin, I wouldn’t want any other partner on this journey.
Year one: built the base.
Year two: full throttle.
Let’s go.
