𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.   On Tuesday 1st April, we hosted The Fight for Clarity in partnership with Escalent and Hall & Partners. We brought together some of the brightest minds in the insights industry to reflect, reconnect, and step outside of the everyday - to explore the hidden techniques within our work that help brands win in a time of uncertainty.   Branka, Managing Partner at Hall & Partners, welcomed Joel, Jenny, and Kelly to the stage to share what uncertainty means for them, and how their organisations are navigating it.   Here’s what we heard: 🔹 The foundation for growth is cultivating authentic relationships 🔹 In an age of over-information, there's power in simplicity and transparency 🔹 Successful strategies balance both brand strength and customer experience - you can’t have one without the other.   We then stepped into the shoes of our consumers, introducing the idea that “snow melts from the edges”, a reminder that true innovation often comes from the outside in.   Some of the highlights from our safari: ✨ Three UK inspired by Aesop’s customer service, using it to reflect on their own CX approach. 🌱 UNICEF drew from sknfed’s subtle sustainability, seeing how sustainability can be seamlessly woven in - not bolted on. 🍞 Santander took note from BREAD AHEAD, not just selling pastries but lifting the lid on the process, acting as a teacher, something Santander is exploring in its own journey to becoming a financial educator.   At Escalent Group, we believe research is more than focus groups, panels, charts, and graphs.
