Big news from the CSC National Convention! Today, we officially launched WILL – Women in Laundry Leadership, a new networking group within the CSCNetwork designed to connect and empower women in leadership roles across our industry. This idea started as a conversation between Katy Baughman Quinn and me, recognizing the need for a space where women in ownership, sales, marketing, and leadership could come together to share insights, support one another, and help shape the future of the linen, uniform, and textile rental industry. With the support of the CSC Board of Directors, WILL is now a reality! We’ll be meeting virtually once a quarter, making it accessible to women across our organizations. There’s no cost to join—just a shared commitment to growth, leadership, and collaboration. The energy and enthusiasm at the convention today made it clear—this is something our industry needs.
