Check out the newly completed self-storage facility for CubeSmart. Designed by DJSA, this 90,000 square-foot building in Hingham features three stories with 710 storage lockers, 2 elevators, and office space on the first floor. It is fully climate-controlled and equipped with a comprehensive security monitoring system. Adjacent to this is a 20,000 square-foot warehouse under construction, managed by Integrated Builders. Happy Friday! It has been an exciting few months here at CDG as we have been busy permitting various projects in different parts of Massachusetts and we are now gearing up for a busy summer of construction. We recently received Site Plan Review Approval for the redevelopment of the Fathers and Sons Volvo Cars West Springfield, which we’ve had the pleasure working with the Curtis Architectural Group. We’re excited to see this one heading to construction and can’t wait to see the progress made this summer.
