When Cameron wanted to work out with a personal trainer, his dad, a principle engineer with ConocoPhillips, consulted with the company's Wellness Center. Wellness Center staff connected the family with Nathan Kennedy, a trainer who has worked with Special Olympics powerlifters since 2013. Through weekly workouts, Cameron’s physical strength, core stability and motor skills have improved, gains that are crucial for individuals with Down syndrome.
