On March 3rd, the annual Women in Construction Summit, hosted by the Metropolitan Business League and J&G Workforce Development Services, LLC, brought together industry professionals for a day of insightful panels, keynote speakers, and networking. This year's theme "Hardhats & High Hopes: The Rise of Women in Construction," celebrated the growing impact of women in the industry.   ColonialWebb’s own Abby Charleston joined a panel on internships, where she and four other women shared their paths into construction and real estate, reflected on their internship experiences, and discussed how employers can best support future interns.
