Yesterday, we officially launched the EAS SOAR Program: a 24-month leadership journey built to elevate our team’s ability to lead with vision, drive strategy, and spark transformation. Thoughtfully designed by our Learning & Talent Development team for the unique needs of EAS, Envirotrol, and Starr Electric Company, Inc. leaders, SOAR combines a phased approach, strategic learning opportunities, and hands-on growth experiences to support our commitment to developing leaders prepared to shape the future of our organization.

It's International Data Center Day! 🌐 Today, we’re celebrating the substantial impact data centers have on our daily lives, from connecting the digital world to supporting critical industries. We had the unique privilege of hosting industry expert Dennis Cronin at our HQ facility. Dennis led a Data Center 101 session, giving our team the chance to dive deeper into the technology powering this essential industry. As an organization at the forefront of the data center boom, we’re proud to contribute to building and supporting the infrastructure that makes it all possible.

This #WomenInConstructionWeek, we’re celebrating two incredible apprentices who are making their mark! Victoria is just two lessons away from completing her coursework! She’s overcoming the challenge of learning in a second language, pushing through every obstacle with determination—and thriving! Jennifer made history as our first female apprentice to complete all coursework modules! She’s been an active participant in study sessions and a true leader in the program.  We’re beyond proud of these women proving that hard work and passion pave the way for success in the construction industry.
