Founded in 1982, CNA National Warranty Corporation is a leading provider of vehicle service contracts, GAP waiver coverage, tire-and-wheel protection, and limited warranties to consumers through franchised automobile dealerships nationwide. We are dedicated to delivering the finest quality products with first-class customer service. Our Claims Department pays claims within two days or less after receipt of all paperwork and is staffed with ASE-certified adjusters, many of whom have service department backgrounds.   • Happy Earth Day! 🌍 Today, we celebrate our beautiful planet and how we can protect it for future generations. Some consumers have chosen to drive electric vehicles (EVs) or hybrids as a way to make a positive impact. Others may have some hesitations. Here are a couple things to think about: 🔋 Battery life: The average customer drives less than 50 miles per day. EVs have an average range of 300 miles. 🔌 Charging infrastructure: Most electric vehicle models include built-in navigation tools to find the nearest charging stations.   • We want to share some remarkable figures from 2024. 👍 Last year, our robust and seasoned Claims team: 📞 Handled an average of 96,600 phone calls each month ✉️ Processed over 435,000 claims by both phone and our online claims portal While managing this heavy workload, our Claims team strives for effective and accurate adjudication to help get customers back on the road as soon as possible. Our online claims portal allows busy service managers and advisors to submit and monitor CNAN claims at their convenience using their desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone. If you're not taking advantage of it, contact your regional vice president or sales support representative to get signed up!
