Our team of the industry best technicians and engineers provided a turnkey project - all engineering, new replacement PTs, shop services for reconditioning and modifications, and field service to remove, re-install and test. Out with the old, in with the new! Did you know that Circuit Breaker Sales - Service Shops performs custom circuit breaker retrofits for low and medium voltage switchgear? Here is a recent example of a 38kV retrofit we just finished up which exemplifies the skills of our engineers, shop technicians and field service team at Circuit Breaker Sales NE. As part of a capital upgrade project, we retrofitted our customer’s General Electric Type AR-H-34.50-1500 3000A air-blast breaker with a modern Hyundai HVF-7067 38kV 3000A vacuum circuit breaker. With this project, our team provided a turnkey replacement - engineering and design, supply of all fabricated components including the circuit breaker and cubicle, removal of the existing air breaker, installation of the new vacuum circuit breaker and testing - turning over a complete working system to the customer to put back online.
