Global demand is growing for low-carbon fuels, and hydrogen is widely viewed as the primary candidate. Proud to mark an exciting milestone by celebrating our joint venture with JERA Co., Inc., Japan's largest energy company, and Mitsui & Co., Ltd., a leading global investment and trading company, during a signing ceremony in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Together, we'll create the world's largest low-carbon ammonia production facility at our Blue Point Complex in Louisiana. Production of low-carbon ammonia is expected to begin in 2029. The path to meeting global customer demand for low-carbon ammonia and nitrogen fertilizers will require addressing multiple sources of greenhouse gas emissions. We're proud to announce we're joining the Low Carbon Fertilizer Alliance, managed by 3Degrees Group, Inc., as the founding manufacturer member alongside Mars, who is joining as a founding anchor member. With funding to be secured through the Alliance, we've committed to completing a new nitric acid plant emissions abatement project at our Verdigris, Oklahoma manufacturing facility, which is expected to reduce emissions from the facility by 600,000 metric tons of CO₂e/year beginning in 2025.
