Last week in Singapore, I had the privilege of attending the Center for Creative Leadership “Leadership at the Peak” (LAP) program. Being surrounded by fellow senior executives who understand the unique challenges of leadership made the experience incredibly enriching. The program’s highly personalised approach, including one-to-one coaching, provided me with tailored feedback and guidance that felt directly applicable to my role. The sessions were intensely practical, focusing on navigating complex challenges, managing large-scale change, and enhancing executive presence. What stood out most to me was LAP’s whole-leader perspective. It wasn’t just about strategy—it was about sustaining peak performance, building resilience, and developing the mental and physical energy required for long-term success. I left the program with a clearer strategic vision, stronger influence, and the confidence to drive meaningful impact in my organisation.
