Informaticists, implementation scientists, and quality leaders live this. — The true local impact of a model can only be realized when implemented (i.e. rubber meets the road). — With effective EHR utilization and oversight, randomized Ql interventions can efficiently and objectively inform local process improvement. — Local governance cannot be outsourced. — Improving the quality of data at the source + interoperability could be the most impactful way forward for federated Al assurance (regardless of approach). — Mature tooling, coupled with more analytically savvy clinical informaticists can go a long way to scaling Al solutions to all settings, regardless of resources.
