Cascade attended AESP's 2025 Annual Conference in Phoenix earlier this month to accept this award alongside our colleagues at San Antonio Water System (SAWS) and Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. Wrangling energy use across infrastructure as complex as SAWS is no small feat, and their commitment to reducing energy use and contributing to the city of San Antonio’s climate targets can be a model for similar large water systems across the United States. Their demand response and energy management initiatives have reduced peak demand by 7MW and saved over 10M kWh! We are honored to accept this award together, and we’re incredibly proud to be part of their journey. #AESP #EnergyAwards #EnergyEfficiency
